1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned?

Items that are damaged due to misuse wear and tear or after delivery.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Intimate items for health and hygiene reasons.

2. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide.

3. Refunds (Including Cash on Delivery)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Return Window

Returning your item is hassle-free!

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

A) Standard Refunds (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

B) Refunds for Cash on Delivery Orders
This is a special process due to the nature of the payment.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery, your refund will not be issued in cash.
Upon approval of your return, you will have two options:

Store Credit: We can issue the refund amount as store credit for a future purchase on our website. This is the fastest method.

Bank Transfer: We can process the refund via a bank transfer to your account. For this, you will need to provide your bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, Routing Number). The processing time for bank transfers may be slightly longer.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us using the information above.

6. Return Shipping Costs & Lost Packages

The customer is not responsible for the cost of shipping the return item to us.
